The Gallery – Episode 2: Heart of the Emberstone

The Gallery – Episode 2: Heart of the Emberstone is a mystery game wherein you would be travelling to an abandoned world called Ember and uncovering its history and several secrets. This puzzle exploration game has derived inspiration from the fantasy adventure films of the 1980s.

Game Premise

In this episode, you would be placed in Ember, after having followed Elsie, the sister of the protagonist. In Ember, you would come across a destroyed civilization’s remnants. The civilization has been destroyed by two siblings due to their personal greed for power. To unravel this forgotten world’s mystery, you would be using a gauntlet, which is a mysterious power source that can manipulate energy. You should be revealing the real objectives of the dark that sent you to Ember.

An Adventurous Quest

The game’s puzzles are designed to take complete advantage of the precision hand-tracking and physicality only virtual reality can make possible. You would be face-to-face bizarre alien creatures and a mountainous ally in room-scale presence. The VR audio with the captivating spatial sound needs a special mention too. You would like this game if you aren’t heavy into gaming. The storyline is wonderful, with the puzzles being challenging but doable at the same time. Not to mention, the excellent VR experience. Overall, the episode is a great continuation of the previous episode.
